Dottie Pepper golf book signing at 2013 U.S. Women's Open in New York

SOUTHAMPTON, N.Y. -- Scooter Pines Publishing is proud to announce a book signing this Saturday, June 29 from 11:00am to 1:00pm and Sunday, June 30 from 9:00am to 10:00am at the 2013 U.S. Women's Open at Sebonack Golf Club in Southampton with children's Bogey book series author, current broadcaster for ESPN, former #1 world ranked professional female golfer, PGA of America Board Director, and this year's USA Solheim Cup Assistant Captain, Dottie Pepper.

The Bogey book series is about an ambitious range golf ball named Bogey Ballton who is tired of his job at the practice range. Bogey wants to follow his dream of becoming a pro tour golf ball. Bogey Tees Off - A Lesson About Being Truthful is the first book in the Bogey book series followed by Bogey Ballton's Night Before Christmas, where Bogey learns the true meaning of Christmas from Santa Ball.

Co-authored by Dottie Pepper & Scott Fuller, and Illustrated by Kenneth Templeton, Bogey's mission is to get kids playing golf, reading and having fun! The Bogey book series offers a unique way for kids and families to be introduced to the game of golf while promoting life lessons and values that are applicable on and off the golf course. A portion of the sale proceeds will go to help support Junior golf initiatives and The Folds of Honor Foundation.

To carry the Bogey book series and help spread Bogey's message, please contact Bogey himself or Ann Fuller.
