New Arizona Family, Inc. (NAFI) will host its annual charity golf tournament on March 26, 2007, at Ancala Country Club in north Scottsdale.
The 13th Annual Golf and Corporate Challenge for Children is a Scramble Best Ball format. Phoenix Motor Company will have a Mercedes Benz CKL-350 Convertible on hand for the hole-in-one winner. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. followed by a shotgun start at 10 a.m. Participants will enjoy 18-holes of golf with cart and an awards banquet and auction immediately following the tournament. The price per individual golfer is $215. Non-golfers may enjoy the awards banquet and auction for $55 per person. Corporate sponsorships are available. The tournament will raise funds for NAFI’s recovery program designed for pregnant and parenting women in recovery from chronic substance abuse.
Pinchot Gardens Residential Community is a structured, nurturing environment that offers recovery treatment, parenting classes, medical and mental health services, and support for women and children. Last year 250 women and their children entered NAFI’s program. The 13th Annual Golf and Corporate Challenge for Children is a fund raising event for Pinchot Gardens.
