The Hilton Head Island Celebrity Golf Tournament has been a Labor Day Weekend Tradition for 26 years. The tournament matches amateur golfers with Celebrities from the world of Sports, TV, Film, Music and Comedy for three days of golf on Hilton Head’s most treasured courses. It is recognized as one of the most well respected and longest running Celebrity Golf Tournaments in the country.
Children’s charities throughout the area share in the proceeds of the event with a total of $2,785,000.00 being distributed since its inception.
From the very first year, Greenwood Development Corporation and The Sea Pines Resort generously offered their support. Soon after, The Melrose Company and ClubCorp joined them in providing golf courses to host the event year after year. The tournament has been supported by hundreds of local, regional and national corporations throughout the years.
The event has become a proven venue for goodwill and camaraderie for everyone participating either as an individual or a corporation entertaining their most valued clients. Sponsorship packages for golfers and non-golfers alike are available with a variety of prices and marketing benefits.
