Edwin Watts Golf creative department honored at Local ADDY Awards

FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. -- Edwin Watts Golf Shops, LLC, one of the world's largest specialty golf retailers, recently announced the Company's creative department was recognized at the Emerald Coast Chapter of the American Advertising Federation's Local ADDY Awards, receiving three Gold and three Silver ADDY Awards, and one Best in Show Award for the print category. The ADDY Awards honor advertising excellence in all media channels including print, broadcast, out-of-home and public service advertising.

Edwin Watts Golf received the three Gold ADDY Awards for the following projects: 2012 Callaway RAZR Fit Poster, 2012 Lifestyles Catalog, and 2012 Cobra AMP Poster. The three Silver ADDY Awards were received for the 2012 Spring Flip Catalog, 2012 Holiday Campaign, and 2012 Window Static Clings for the store located in Corpus Christi, Texas. The 2012 Callaway RAZR Fit Poster also received the Best in Show award for the print category. Individuals recognized from the Edwin Watts Golf creative team included Jim Stewart, Michael Gordon, Asa Thomas, Thomas Kulesa and Mary Jo Gustave.

As a Gold ADDY recipient in the local competition, Edwin Watts Golf is eligible to compete in the second level of the three-tiered ADDY Awards Competition, the District 4 ADDY Awards, which will be conducted in April.
