Mayfield Circle Lodge offering accomodations for Arizona golfers

QUEEN CREEK, Ariz. -- With no hotels anywhere around four major golf courses in Pinal County, the Mayfield Circle Lodge offers a fun place to stay for groups of golfers.

About one month ago, Xavier Johnson decided to move to downtown Queen Creek to be closer to the freeway and to take advantage of recent price reductions in new home builds. But, with so many houses for sale and for rent in his immediate area it was tough to get his house noticed. Xavier realized that he would have to “think outside the box”, in order to move out of his home.

After reviewing the surrounding area, he realized that there were 4 professional golf courses surrounding his home with no hotels or resorts nearby. One golf course was just up the street, and the other three were within a 9 mile radius. This meant that there were no places for out-of-town golfers to stay for a few days, if they played golf at one of the courses nearby. Because of this, Mayfield Circle was born.

“There are a few hotels in Florence and Coolidge. But, they are so far away from the golf courses that they are actually inconvenient for golfers,” says Johnson, “And the routes to get to the hotels are so remote that you could get lost just trying to get to the hotel. The last thing you’d want is to get lost in the desert!”

Mayfield Circle is a 2300 square foot, two-story home with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bath rooms and is nestled next to the San Tan Mountains. The home sleeps a total of 10 people with two beds in each room. For each night’s stay, each golfer receives a complimentary pass to play one round of golf at the Johnson Ranch Golf Club. This course is a challenging par 72 championship course set at the base of the San Tan Mountains. The front side is a classic desert golf experience while the back nine plays in and through the majestic, cactus filled mountainside.

Mayfield Circle is an ideal golfing destination for various reasons. First, there are four professional golf courses all located within a 9 mile drive from Mayfield Circle with the closest one being less than 1 mile away, giving golfers the choice of several golf courses to play on. Second, there is a major shopping center with restaurants and other businesses less than one mile away, giving golfers the convenience of entertainment and eating sites right next door. Third, at Mayfield Circle golfers get an experience that is more private and economical than at a resort or hotel. Lastly, Mayfield Circle is equipped with televisions, high-speed internet access, and phone services that keep golfers connected to family, friends, business associates, news, and entertainment. In addition, complimentary breakfast foods are always stocked in the refrigerator consisting of eggs, bacon, sausage, bread, and various jellies and juices.

With all of these amenities and the demographics, Mayfield Circle is sure to become a popular golfing destination. For information, or to book a stay at the Mayfield Circle call 602-799-4803.
