ORLANDO, Fla. -- GolfNow named Timothy Greenwell senior director of regional sales for the Southwestern U.S. A longtime marketing and business development executive, Greenwell will be responsible for sales in one of the largest and most important markets for GolfNow, the leading online reservations and revenue management platform for golf courses.
Since 1997 Greenwell has served as senior vice president, global branding and marketing for Scottsdale-based Troon Golf. While at Troon, the world’s largest golf management company, Greenwell created what is regarded as golf’s most successful golfer loyalty program and signed annual recurring licensing agreements with major brands including Callaway, Infiniti and Titleist.
Prior to joining Troon, Greenwell was director of marketing and tournaments for the Southwest Section of the PGA of America and assistant executive director of the Arizona Golf Association.
