The ISC-Audubon EcoGolf Celebrity Charitable Tournament is more than just the golf on April 6. Other weekend events include a Friday night dinner and concert by Latin musician Christian Daniel and a Sunday kids golf clinic that also incorporates an environmental message encouraging EcoGolf's mission of "Learn, Play and Gift."

The end result of these tournaments reaches far beyond relationships with the local communities, due to the involvement of environmental initiatives, said event coordinator Lucia Anreus-Hall.

"EcoGolf Celebrity Tournaments has made a sincere commitment with this event to support a variety of kids charities," Anreus-Hall said. "We are not just organizing a fun event for celebrities to attend. We are creating sincere goodwill with our celebrities as they are supporting the needs of the charities in a very positive way. Our events work together with one or two charities, with the goal of helping charities anywhere we take our events. We also organize golf clinics and kids programs with LPGA and PGA instructors, just as we have done at our past events."
