GolfTEC Travel formed to offer all-inclusive luxury golf trips

CENTENNIAL, Colo. -- GolfTEC -- the world leader in golf improvement -- has formed a new business unit, GolfTEC Travel (golftectravel.com), which will create all-inclusive, luxury golf trips to the most exciting and coveted courses and resorts around the globe.

The services of GolfTEC Travel will be offered exclusively to the company's existing clients, the past and present students of the world's largest and most successful provider of golf instruction. Friends of GolfTEC clients may participate on these world-class trips as guests.

"GolfTEC Travel was launched as a way of giving our students the chance to take what they've learned in our improvement centers to the on-course test," says Joe Assell, President and CEO. "They work hard on their games in our training bays, so now they can take their game improvement to the world's finest golf destinations."

In 2013, GolfTEC clients will be able to take fully organized golf vacations to Scotland (July 6-13, 2013) and Pebble Beach (October 4-7, 2013). Itineraries will feature stays at leading properties such as Turnberry Resort and The Lodge at Pebble Beach; meals, special tours and events; and golf on legendary courses such as Pebble Beach, Turnberry, Spyglass Hill, and The Old Course at St. Andrews.

Helping make these experiences even more memorable, GolfTEC coaches will accompany every trip, offering help, setting up games and tournaments, and guaranteeing the same level of personal service and excellence that students have become accustomed to at GolfTEC's 167 improvement centers in the United States and Canada.

"We aren't running a typical golf vacation," says Assell. "We're creating experiences, like eight-player team championships and other competitive events. Not only will our golfers take home great prizes, but they'll have the satisfaction of knowing that their hard work is paying off."

Prices will be very competitive, with clients enjoying discounts and special features available only to them thanks to GolfTEC's presence in the marketplace. And although the trips are designed for GolfTEC students, their friends can come along by paying an additional charge that then can be applied to a GolfTEC lesson plan.

"Golf is the ultimate social sport," says Assell, "and when it goes on the road it becomes a celebration. Bringing like-minded golfers together to play some of the world's best golf destinations is an experience that cannot be beat."
