GolfNow launches GolfNow Central an enhanced technology platform to help operators manage online tee time inventory

ORLANDO, Fla. -- GolfNow has launched GolfNow Central, an improved technology platform that supports the GolfNow online tee time reservation system and makes it easier for operators to price tee times that appear on and other distribution channels, including course websites and booking engines.

With added web browser compatibility and improved workflow capability, operators can use GolfNow Central to make better informed decisions affecting pricing and their overall operation.

"The new platform gives operators the opportunity to become more involved in managing and pricing their tee times," said Dave Bryant, director of product for GolfNow. "The enhanced design and additional tools empower operators to take even greater control of their tee sheet."

Several new modules, including easy-to-use dashboards, are built into GolfNow Central to facilitate data analysis and decision making. The new platform displays up to three modules per dashboard page and an unlimited number of pages can be created, giving multi-course operators insight into each of their properties and their overall operation.

Using the new Revenue at Risk module, which analyzes tee time utilization rates in real time, operators can now, at a glance, make better informed decision on unused tee times. The module is integrated with the redesigned Update Tee Times screen to make pricing changes easier.

Operators also can compare tee time sales performance from one period to another using the new Rounds and Revenue module. The module shows comparisons at the daily, weekly and monthly levels.

A simplified Customer Relationship Management tool helps operators design and implement custom email campaigns. Operators can continue to efficiently target golfers who are part of their own database, as well as opt-in participants within the GolfNow database.
