2013 Nor Cal Golf Industry Rep's Merchandise Show venue named

The Northern California Golf Representatives Association (NCGRA) is pleased to announce Thunder Valley Casino Resort in Lincoln, CA (just east of Sacramento) will serve as the venue for the 2013 Nor Cal Golf Rep's Merchandise Show on Mon. Feb. 25 and Tues. Feb. 26. Now in its 32nd year, this golf industry trade show will attract PGA Professionals, AGM members, buyers, merchandisers, club managers, and course owners.

The two-day industry expo will showcase more than 300 golf product lines including clubs and carts, hi-tech equipment and teaching aides, apparel and accessories, golf range equipment, and numerous other golf-related items.

During the 2013 show NCGRA members will recognize Mr. Derone Thrasher, President of Derone Enterprises, recently named Northern California PGA Golf Sales Representative of the Year, an honor well-bestowed for his endless contributions to the game and business of golf.

In cooperation with the Nor Cal PGA Section (NCPGA) and the Association of Golf Merchandisers (AGM), the NCGRA will provide industry-related seminars (MSR credits provided). By appointment, career consulting services will be available for PGA members planning to attend the expo. Additionally, the Northern California Section of the PGA will hold its February board meeting in conjunction with the show.

"We look forward to hosting our 32nd annual Nor Cal golf industry show at Thunder Valley Casino Resort" shared NCGRA President Gary Renelt, sales representative with Bridgestone Golf. "From a vendor perspective the expo has been a sell-out since our relocation to Thunder Valley in 2011, and we anticipate repeat success this year too. It's an ideal setting for industry leaders to convene, and golf equipment and apparel buyers to view the latest in products and technology."

The 2013 Nor Cal Golf Rep Show & Expo is made possible through the sponsorship support of CIG Golf Insurance and Derone Enterprises. For more information about show participation and sponsorship opportunities, please call (530) 666-6508. Pre-registration is required for all buyers and golf professionals, and is available through the Northern California PGA web site www.NCPGA.com at http://ncpga.com/.

The Northern California Golf Representatives Association is a not-for-profit trade organization consisting of golf sales representatives serving public, private, semi-private, educational, military and resort facilities throughout Northern California and Northwestern Nevada. The NCGRA supports the California Alliance for Golf and endorses Golf 2.0 and Play Golf America, industry-wide initiatives that promote and introduce new players to the game.
