SAN DIEGO -- John Goulet, Co-Managing Partner of sporting goods sales agency Fairway Sports Group, will moderate the 2012 Crittenden Golf Conference session "Get the Best Out of Your Associates".
The 4-member panel session is designed to inspire creative thought and innovation in hiring and motivating associates. Mr. Goulet is uniquely qualified to discuss how club managers can motivate staff and improve customer service and sales performance. As a club pro for many years at Troon and JW Marriott properties, and a sales manager for industry leaders including Ecco and Golf Buddy, he now runs a sales agency working with Power Balance and GoBe Golf to name two to train personnel on techniques for selling in today's marketplace. "My goal in moderating this panel is to share the new methods we are seeing among the best sales bullpens in golf for motivating staff to deliver world class service and improve salesmanship skills that lead directly to increased revenue," said Goulet.
The Crittenden Golf Conference (formerly the Golf Inc. Conference) is a three-day event for golf industry professionals designed to aid in the growth and development of improved business performance. The conference will include 9 hours of educational sessions facilitated by leading industry executives. All Crittenden Golf education sessions are eligible for PGA course credit. The 2012 Fall conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Dallas in Dallas, Texas, October 1 - 3rd. The "Get the Best Out of Your Associates" session is scheduled for October 3rd from 11:45am to 12:45pm.
