SPOKANE, Wash. -- Planet Turf, a company specializing in specialty golf course products and services, announced that it has named Jason Otto, 39, Turfgrass Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest. He currently lives in Western Washington with his family and will be serving customers in Washington and Oregon.

"Jason is a dedicated professional with extensive experience and a strong work ethic. Most importantly, he has a desire to serve others and work with superintendents by sharing his knowledge and introducing some exciting products and innovative methods of managing turfgrass and soils. We are very fortunate to have him join our company. " said Jim Connolly, President of Planet Turf.

Otto was the Golf Course Superintendent at The Golf Club at Echo Falls in Snohomish, WA since 2005. Echo falls is one of the 11 golf course properties managed by Oki Golf of Bellevue, WA. He worked for 10 years with Oki Golf Management and received multiple golf management awards including Fiscal Manager of the Year. Jason has been involved in the golf industry for 20 years and received his associate's degree from Everett Community College and Turf Certificate from Rutgers University.
