Horizones Health and Fitness at Birchwood Park Golf Centre was encouraging the people of Dartford to get active at the town's recent festival in Central Park.
Fitness instructors from Horizones were on hand at the annual Dartford Festival to show adults and children how they can keep fit and lead a healthy lifestyle with free demonstrations, including two Zumba dance routines live on the main stage.
Children were encouraged to take part in a balancing challenge, where they could win prizes, including a free gym kit bag, depending on how long they could keep their balance on a fit ball, while local police officers also got involved with step aerobics demonstrations.
Allister Cheale, Horizones Health and Fitness Club Manager, said: "With the Olympics only a matter of days away we want to encourage everyone to lead a more healthy lifestyle and get fit. We had hundreds of adults and children taken part in our free demonstrations and talking to us about getting into shape and we were happy to offer them advice as well as talk to them about the our latest deals and offers."
