Two special summer packages have been launched at one of North Eastern Italy's leading family-friendly golf resorts.

Families looking for a longer break can take advantage of the Summer Golf Break package which offers a seven night stay in the Marina Suites including breakfast with four rounds on the Grado Championship Course, dinner at Al Casone, bike rental for five days and a boat trip in the Grado lagoon.

Grado features a range of accommodation for families. As well as the elegant Marina Suites there are modern, spacious and fully serviced bungalows located in the middle of a beautiful pine forest. The 6650 yard, par 72 Grado Championship Course is a true risk and reward test of golf. Making the most of its stunning location it brings water into play on almost every hole. The subtly contoured greens feature some challenging pin positions and the sea breeze often adds to the challenge. Grado´s stunning par 3 first hole boasts an island green which has led to the course being dubbed the "European Sawgrass" by the media.
Work has been carried out over the winter to improve the course drainage and to introduce some new natural features on some holes. The Grado Pro-Shop has also updated its range which includes the latest collections from: Chervò, Polo Golf by Ralph Lauren, Nike, Footjoy, Ecco and, for the first time, the Under Armour 2012 collection.
