FORT MYERS, Fla. -- When two major events take place in the same area, a partnership would be a dream. This dream has become a reality. The Sun Cup, "Southwest Florida's Premier Amateur Golf Tournament", and The Surf and Song Festival, Florida's' largest all-charity music festival, have teamed together to make a unique and special partnership.

The Surf and Song Festival is an annual non-profit event held in Downtown, Fort Myers, FL. Last year they hosted an impressive array of over 90 Musicians on 12 Music Stages, throughout a 6 block area of Downtown Fort Myers. The estimated crowd of over 15,000 enjoyed the music, food and good cheer. All profits from the festival go to support the SW FL Children's Hospital and their "Navigating Autism" Program.

The Sun Cup, "Southwest Florida's Premier Amateur Golf Tournament" will make its inaugural debut on April 30th through May 4th. The Flighted, Full Handicapped event, will be held over five days featuring 12 of the area's top rated courses! A large nightly expo will also be held in conjunction with the event.

A portion of the profits from The Sun Cup will be donated to The Surf and Song Foundation and their mission to support the SW FL Children's Hospital. The Sun Cup's tournament director, J.J.
