SAN DIEGO -- ResortCom International LLC has agreed to manage the Golden Sands Villas at Dorado del Mar Beach & Golf Resort. ResortCom International is a San Diego-based company that provides the vacation ownership and resort industry with financial and resort operations services. The company also has offices in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Golden Sands Villas operates as a Condo Hotel that is part of mixed used development in Puerto Rico’s Dorado area, a well known tourist center with many residential resort communities and prestigious hotels. Dorado is located in the northern region of the island, bordering the Atlantic Ocean. The mixed use development includes Embassy Suites® Hotel, Dorado Aquarius Club and Golden Sands. ResortCom currently also manages the Dorado Aquarius Club, as well as Aquarius Vacation Club® at Boquerón Beach Resort slated to open in September. The brand new resort is located on the Southwest Coast of Puerto Rico.
ResortCom oversees all operations for the Aquarius Club properties, including on-site resort management, reservations and concierge services.
The new Golden Sands condo hotel is comprised of 39 condominiums consisting of two-bedroom, two bathroom lock-offs. It is less than two miles from the center of Dorado with easy access to the San Juan Airport. In an idyllic setting, the resort boasts a beautiful modern tropical design with outdoor lagoon pool overlooking the beach, tennis court, fitness center, meeting facilities, catering and two restaurants. The oceanfront hotel offers a lounge with live entertainment on weekends, gift shop, and water sports. The Golden Sands is less than an hour away from Puerto Rico’s many famous sites: Old San Juan cruise pier, Camuy Caves, Arecibo Radar-Radio Telescope, Bacardi Factory and the Hato Rey Banking District.
