The Oklahoma Senior State Amateur Championship will be played at The Territory Golf Club Aug. 7-10.

The Territory is a rising star golf property which has already hosted the State Amateur and an NCAA Div. II Super Regional despite this being only its second full season.

When: Aug. 7-10, 2006
Where: The Territory Golf Club
Who: Open to senior amateurs who are 50 years of age on Aug. 7, 2006 and are residents of Oklahoma. Participant must be a dues-paying member of the OGA and have an active established USGA Handicap Index of 8.5 or less. Deadline to register is July 28, 2006.
Format: Match Play. Qualifying for the 64 seeds will be Aug. 7. Match play begins Aug. 8 with Rounds 1 and 2; Aug. 9 Rounds 3 and 4; Aug. 10 – Semifinals and Finals. Aug. 7 Qualifier: 18 hole Stroke Play.
