For the first time in decades, the Texas Open was conducted in the spring, and it was on a new golf course, the TPC San Antonio's AT&T Oaks Course at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort. Now, you play the same course where Adam Scott won this year's Valero Texas Open by shooting 14-under par.

The Greg Norman-designed Oaks Course, where Sergio Garcia served as player consultant, is long, narrow, has lots of deep bunkers and features difficult, undulating greens. The good news is for resort players, the other course, the AT&T Canyons designed by Pete Dye with Bruce Lietzke, is easier and more forgiving, giving guests at the JW Marriott a nice 1-2 punch.
