Titleist golf balls claim further victories to boost win count to 94

ONE BALL. COLLECTIVE EXCELLENCE.
Senden Leads Five-Win Week for Titleist Players Across Worldwide Tours

FAIRHAVEN, Mass. -- The superior performance of Titleist golf
balls continues to inspire a world of trust from the game's best. John
Senden captured his first career PGA Tour crown in dramatic fashion at the
John Deere Classic, while fellow Pro V1 loyalist Mi Hyun Kim earned her
second LPGA Tour title of the year in a playoff at the Owens Corning
Classic. Johan Edfors and Bobby Wadkins relied upon the Pro V1x in their
victories at the Barclays Scottish Open and Ford Senior Players
Championship, respectively. An additional victory on the Canadian Tour
advanced Titleist's 2006 worldwide win count to 94, compared to 14 for the
nearest competitor. Further proof, that when winning matters most, more
players tee up Titleist than all other golf balls combined.

PGA TOUR: Australian John Senden (Pro V1) birdied the 71st hole and saved
par out of the bunker on the final hole for a one-stroke win over J.P.
Hayes (Pro V1x) at the John Deere Classic. It marked the first career PGA
Tour title for Senden, who also earned an invitation to this week's British
Open with the win. Senden, who fired four consecutive rounds in the 60s,
including a 64 on Saturday, closed with a 3-under 68 to finish at 19-under
265 for the tournament. Heath Slocum (Pro V1) tied for third at 16-under,
as three of the top four finishers trusted Titleist.

Overall, Titleist was the most played golf ball at the John Deere Classic
by an overwhelming 117 (75%) to 11 margin, more than 10 times the nearest
competitor. Titleist was also the choice of more players than any other
brand in the iron (39), utility iron (6), wedge (127) and putter (61)
categories.

The victory was the 16th for Titleist players on the PGA Tour this year,
more than all other competitors combined.

Five of the top six finishers at the John Deere Classic, including the
champion who relied upon a Newport 2 model, trusted Scotty Cameron by
Titleist putters for their success. The win marked the 14th for Cameron
putters this year on the PGA Tour, 10 more than the nearest competitor with
4.

John Senden gained the last spot in the 2006 British Open field by virtue
of being the leading player at the John Deere Classic inside the top-10,
not
otherwise exempt.

Zach Johnson, who relies upon a Titleist Pro Titanium 905R driver, was the
only player in the field to hit all 14 fairways in the final round. He
finished the week tied for fourth in Driving Accuracy (87.5%/49 of 56).
Fellow Titleist ambassador and Pro Titanium 905R driver loyalist Jason Bohn
led the field in the Driving Accuracy category hitting 51 of 56 (91.1%)
fairways for the week.

U.S. AMATEUR PUBLIC LINKS CHAMPIONSHIP: It was an all-Titleist golf ball
final four at the U.S. Public Links Championship where the champion,
relying upon the Pro V1x and a Scotty Cameron by Titleist Circa 62 putter,
rolled to a 4-and-3 win in the deciding 36-hole match. His opponent
trusted the Pro V1x golf ball, as well as a Pro Titanium 905S driver, Pro
Trajectory 970 fairway metal, Forged 695MB irons, Vokey Design sand and lob
wedges and a Scotty Cameron putter.

Titleist was the most played golf ball at the U.S. Amateur Public Links
Championship by an overwhelming 144 (92%) to 6 margin, 24 times the nearest
competitor.

Titleist was also the choice of more players than any other brand in the
driver (59/38% vs. 35), iron (54/35% vs. 24), utility iron (14/50% vs. 4),
wedge (155/45% vs. 97) and putter (57/37% vs. 38) categories. Titleist was
a close second in fairway metals (50/21%).
