Folds of Honor elects new members to their Board of Directors

TULSA, Okla. -- Folds of Honor Foundation CEO and founder Major Dan Rooney has announced the addition of three new members to the Folds of Honor Board of Directors, including PGA of America Vice President Allen Wronowski, Adams Hall Asset Management founder Peter Adamson and Oracle Packaging Company founder Scott Dickman. The new board members were elected at the Folds of Honor Board Meeting held in Orlando, Fla., Jan. 27.

"We have an incredible group of people from various backgrounds to help us direct our Foundation and these three gentlemen will make an immediate impact to our current Board," Rooney said. "All of our Board of Directors have been very successful in their personal and professional lives and we know they will bring that passion to help us with our mission at Folds of Honor."

Wronowski assumes the role of ex-officio director during his term as a PGA of America officer. Wronowski was elected to national office as PGA Secretary in 2006, and is currently Vice President of The PGA of America (elected in 2008). Wronowski is the PGA Director of Golf at Hillendale Country Club in Phoenix, Md., where he has served since 1990. He has a distinguished record of service to The PGA of America and the Middle Atlantic PGA Section (MAPGA), beginning with active involvement in Section governance soon after being elected to membership in 1981. Over the past 21 years, Wronowski has been an active member or chair of numerous Middle Atlantic PGA Section committees. He and his wife, Gail, live in Bel Air, Md.

Adamson is the founder and former CEO of Adams Hall Asset Management, a Tulsa based, fee only registered investment advisor with over $1 billion under management. He has over 35 years of experience in the industry with a focus on preservation of capital for individuals, families, trusts and foundations. A former Certified Public Accountant, Adamson's experience includes numerous private equity financings with tax efficient structuring. A recipient of the 1995 University of Oklahoma Board of Regents Leadership Award, Adamson has chaired several community organizations including Tulsa Zoo Friends, The Salvation Army's Williams Booth Society, and Holland Hall School. Adamson received his B.B.S degree from the University of Oklahoma. He and his wife, Penny, have four children and seven grandchildren.

Dickman is the founder and CEO of Oracle Packaging Company. Oracle was founded in 2000 and predominantly manufactures packaging solutions for global food, healthcare and pharmaceutical companies such as Tropicana, Tylenol, Bayer, and General Mills. Dickman earned his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Tulsa and is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association and Oklahoma Bar Association. Dickman serves on the boards of Philbrook Museum of Art, Young Presidents Organization, and The University of Tulsa. A long time resident of Tulsa, he and his wife, Martha, have two daughters, Kit and Caroline.

The Folds of Honor Foundation provides post-secondary educational scholarships for children and spouses of military service men and women killed or disabled while serving our great nation. Patriot Golf Day is the flagship fundraiser for the Folds of Honor Foundation. Patriot Golf Day, jointly supported by The PGA of America and the United States Golf Association, is held each Labor Day Weekend, with the fourth annual Patriot Golf Day scheduled for Sept. 3-6 at participating facilities nationwide.
