Simply by listening to the appropriate CoreTempo Tones or Puttronome Tones audio file during practice, golfers can find and maintain their personal CoreTempo. CoreTempo Tones V2.0 covers 9 major tempos from 82 to129 bpm. Each tempo supports swing ratios from 2.25 to 3.25 in ¼ increments. Puttronome Tones cover 12 tempos from 72 to 129 bpm and is used for putting stroke practice.
