With time running out in the chase for the $1 million Kodak Challenge prize, PGA TOUR pros needed to take advantage of the 211-yard par 3 hole #16 at the Frys.com Open to keep pace with leader, Kevin Streelman. Streelman's opening day birdie moved him to 16-under and served notice that he was ready for the challenge. Several pros made sure Streelman had company at the top of the Kodak Challenge leaderboard. Bo Van Pelt and Nathan Green both birdied to stay within striking distance of Streelman at 14-under-par, while Daniel Chopra, Jason Gore and Matt Bettencourt all moved up to 13-under par with deuces on #16. J.J. Henry failed to advance his score this week, but remains tied for second at 14-under-par with
Ted Purdy and Chad Campbell both scored hole-in-ones on #16 during Saturday's play, marking the first time this season two golfers aced a Kodak Challenge hole on the same day. Purdy's hole-in-one allowed him to jump two spots up the Kodak Challenge leaderboard to 13-under-par.
Par 5 #18 Looms Large as Opportunity for Kodak Challengers Next Week at Viking Classic
With just two holes remaining in the winner-take-all $1 million Kodak Challenge, next week's Viking Classic at Annandale Golf Club in Madison. Miss is sure to provide some great Kodak Challenge action. The par 5 532-yard #18 is a risk-reward hole that can offer Kodak Challengers a realistic shot at moving up two strokes.

Kodak Activities Offer Frys.com Open Fans a Piece of the Action
Thousands of fans visited the Kodak Fan Photo Zone at the Frys.com Open to have their picture taken at the golf course and participate in the popular "Smile & Win spotter promotion. Fans were treated to variety of instant prizes including Frys.com merchandise and Kodak cameras.
