Nedbank Golf Challenge announces top players expected to play

Reigning Masters Champion, Angel Cabrera, double-major winner Retief Goosen, defending Henrik Stensson and Irish teen sensation, Rory McIlroy, will headline an excellent field for the Nedbank Golf Challenge to be held at the Gary Player Country Club from December 3-6.

Announcing the field, tournament host Gary Player said, "All these fresh young faces makes it even more exciting for me."

Henrik Stensson, who shot a nine-under 63 at the tough Gary Player designed layout and the countries No. 1 ranked course on the first day of the tournament last year, was the first to accept the invitation to play. South Africa will be represented by Retief Goosen, Tim Clark and Richard Sterne at the Sun City Resort.
