Beth Bauer qualifies for U.S. Women’s Open in Rhode Island

1998 USGA Girls Junior Champion and two-time Curtis Cup player Beth Bauer became part of the field for the 2006 U.S. Women’s Open at a USGA sectional qualifier held June 5 in West Bloomfield, MI. The Open is to be staged June 29-July 2 at the Newport Country Club in Newport, R.I.

At the recently completed Sybase Classic tournament in New Rochelle, NY, Beth Bauer finished T-11 using 13 Infiniti Golf clubs in her bag. Ms. Bauer enlisted the help of long time Infiniti Golf master fitter Mike O’Barsky of ESPen Golf. O’Barsky worked extensively with Beth to fine tune her fitting. The results speak for themselves.

“To learn that Beth is going to the US Women’s Open is no surprise”, said O’Barsky. “Her confidence and play on the course are strong. We’re just pleased to be able to help such a talented player continue her ascendancy”.

Ms. Bauer continues to play an all-Infiniti bag in each tournament appearance.
As testimony to Infiniti’s philosophy of fitting, teaching, playing, Infiniti Golf combines the aspect of superior club performance along with the craftsmanship of master fitters and the increased confidence of players.
