Rulegolf reports debuting 4 new towel colors at PGA Fall Expo

SALT LAKE CITY -- rulegolf, a new company dedicated to introducing innovative and socially conscious golf tools for the game has reported success through attending the PGA Fall Expo. The company reintroduced its ruletwentyone back-pocket towel in Las Vegas Sept.1-2 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. Four new colors were added to the rulecollection, including: ladypink, platinumsilver, turneryellow and trueblack.

Aligning with reports from the PGA surrounding the energy and success of the show, ruletwentyone states that the show was highly rewarding for them with steady booth traffic, positive meetings with industry professionals and buyers, above-average sales and a unique promotional presence. The company announced today that it doubled its sales from its official launch at the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando last January. Founder and CEO Joe Borgenicht says that he also explored some potential partnerships that will be launching some cooperative marketing efforts together with rulegolf.

"The fall show was a great success for rulegolf," says Joe Borgenicht, CEO of rulegolf. "Although it is a smaller show than Orlando, we wrote twice as many orders," he adds. "It's great to see the viral effect of ruletwentyone taking off in the marketplace," Borgenicht says.

In addition to presenting its new colors, rulegolf provided more than 400 of its signature ruletwentyone towels for gift bags at the two tournaments on August 31 at the Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort. Golfers participating in the Professional Challenge Cup and Amateur Shoot-Out were able to experience 'clean shots' at their fingertips with this intuitive new product.

The company also reported an increased connection to the ASI Industry at the show. ruletwentyone offers 9" of exposed bamboo as printable surface area, ideal for tournaments and marketing for a brand, course or giveaway. ruletwentyone exposure is constant, as it is always viewable by more than just the end-user, hanging out of golfer's back pockets.

In addition, the international outreach was positive for ruletwentyone, who made connections with Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Australia and Canada. As for the immediate future, R21 has plans to also extend their reach further into Europe and South Africa.

The new ruletwentyone back-pocket golf towel and ball cleaner fuses an absorbent bamboo terry layer with a waterproof shell folded to tuck stylishly into a golfer's back pocket. The bamboo terry stays wet for an entire round, hosting a clean ball for clean shots- all day long. Bamboo's key features bring exceptional performance to ruletwentyone, including anti-microbial qualities. ruletwentyone has been referred to as "hip, cool, functional, innovative, eco-friendly, and an icon of environmental consciousness for the course.

As for the future of rulegolf, Borgenicht says that they are looking ahead to the PGA Merchandise Show, Jan. 28-30, 2010, in Orlando.  At this influential trade show with more than 45,000 attendees, Borgenicht plans to introduce new rulegolf products.
