Evolve Golf's Epoch tee captures win at Wyndham Championship

OCEAN ISLE, N.C. -- Evolve Golf - maker of the No. 1 performance golf tee on Tour - confirms the winner of the PGA Tour's Wyndham Championship relied on its patented Epoch tee.

Since its 2004 debut, the Epoch has been part of 119 major Tour wins, including 44 PGA Tour victories, and is the only performance tee with radius posts that span the width of a golf ball dimple. This unique feature creates the lowest coefficient of friction of any tee, eliminating deflection at impact and increasing ball speed and control. It has been scientifically proven via a series of rigorous independent robotic tests combined with extensive player testing to provide improvements of up to 12 yards distance and nine yards accuracy.

"This week's winner is among the long list of elite players on the PGA and other major tours worldwide who rely on the benefits our tees provide," says Evolve Golf Founder and CEO, BJ Maloy. "They trust the advanced design of the Epoch because it provides an immediate and obvious improvement in distance and control."

Not just built for performance, the Epoch - like all Evolve Golf products - is environmentally friendly. Made from recycled materials, the design is not harmful to mower blades and ten times more durable than its wooden counterparts.
