Eagle One adds Golf Power Station to line of product offerings

SAN DIEGO -- Eagle One, a leading designer and manufacturer of environmentally friendly, durable and aesthetic products for use in the golf course and country club industry, announced it has added The Power Station to its extensive line of golf course accessories.

The Power Station is a unique device that was designed to fully address the necessary stretches and warm-up needs for golfers of every shape and size. It is the first of its kind to provide warm-up, strengthening and flexibility tools where you need it the most, on the range. With 12 exercises taking only 10 minutes the Power Station makes it easy to prepare like a pro.

"Before you hit a ball, you've got to hit the Power Station," said Power Station inventor and fitness author, Peter Chapman. "Preparing the body by increasing blood flow to joints and muscles greatly enhances your ability to make a powerful and consistent swing but also significantly reduces the risk of injury and post game soreness. Until now you had to figure out your own fitness and warm-up routine or just play cold and stiff and risk the worst. Now there is an ideal tool right where you need it, to remind and instruct you to prepare your body right just like the world's best players."

With The Power Station, the appropriate muscle groups are conditioned and stretched in all three planes of motion, front to back, side-to-side, and rotational, building functional strength, good posture, alignment, stability and flexibility. It is the quickest and most efficient way to reduce the risk of injury, strengthen the player's entire body, maximize flexibility and ensure that golfers are prepared to play their best.

"Golf facility managers are always in search of ways to create a competitive advantage and keep their members golfing longer," said Philip Thompson, President, Eagle One. The Power Station is the perfect addition to any golf course or range as it adds value and convenience to golfers at any golf facility. We are happy to include it in our line of product offerings."

The Power Station is made entirely of aluminum so will never rust and is powder coated for lasting beauty. It stands 7'6" tall. Its base plate is 12" square and it requires approximately 4' on all four sides to operate. All the decals are U.V. resistant. Each unit comes with 2 sets of resistance bands which last over 1.5 years. Additional and replacement bands can be purchased when needed. Each unit comes with an easy to follow instructional DVD.

Eagle One introduced Recycled Plastic Lumber (Greenwood™) into the golf course industry in 1992 and continues to be a pioneer in this category with its diverse line of eco-friendly products. Commencing with a simple range of golf products including hazard markers, tee markers, tee signs and yardage markers, Eagle One has expanded and become known as the company with durable, almost no maintenance site products for the golf, park, construction, amusement, outdoor furniture and other industries.

Hundreds of other items were added to the line including water cooler houses, divot mix containers, starter's podiums, benches and more. With the growth of Greenwood, demand for other associated items occurred simultaneously, requiring Eagle One to add other products such as rope, signs, chain, flags, flagsticks, cup, tools etc. Eagle One is known as a leader in flag technology, and today, the company's pin flags can be seen at over 80 professional tournaments annually in the U.S. and it is the flag of choice on the number one golf course in the world.

Today Eagle One's golf course segment offers over 15,000 items. The company has distribution throughout the world and is considered one of the top suppliers of golf course accessories in the world. In 2008, Eagle One was the supplier of flagsticks to all USGA events including the U.S.Open at Torrey Pines, California.
