The Tarheel Golf Foundation has announced that Mid Pines Resort and Inn will host the Annual TGF Fall Championship, a nationally-ranked event, on December 5-6, 2009. The classic Donald Ross designed golf course has been restored and maintained to play as originally intended by its legendary golf course architect. Ranked among the top golf courses in North Carolina, the Mid Pines Resort is listed as a national historic inn, a top 50 resort course nationally and Pinehurst area favorite. The course is challenging, but fair and will be in pristine condition for the TGF Fall Championship.

Entries are now being accepted and are open to boys and girls ages 18 and under that have not yet begun college. The entry fee is $135 for this 36-hole event.
