ESTERO, Fla. -- Old Corkscrew Golf Club, a Jack Nicklaus Signature Design private golf course located just north of Naples in Southwest Florida, today announced its selection of Greenway Golf to manage its golf course maintenance and agronomic programs.

"We have entered into a golf course maintenance agreement with Greenway Golf with the goal of providing our members and guests Florida's best playing surfaces," said Franz Rosinus, who along with Scott Westlake are the managing partners of the Club. "We are excited about implementing the Greenway method for maintaining golf courses, which provides for firmer, smoother and superior playing surfaces while reducing costs, water usage and the need for pesticides," he added.

Old Corkscrew Golf Club opened for play in 2007 and has since garnered several awards for its design, service and its Southwest Florida golf experience absent of homes.

Old Corkscrew represents the second Greenway Golf -managed course maintenance facility in Florida as Greenway has been managing the grow-in and maintenance of the new Bonnet Creek Resort course just outside Disney in Orlando. Greenway Golf currently provides management and maintenance programs for 21 premiere courses in 5 states and 3 countries.
