Three Associate members successfully completed all requirements and were elected Regular members of the American Society of Golf Course Architects (ASGCA) at the organization's recent 60th Annual Meeting in Pinehurst, N.C.
Attaining full membership in ASGCA were: Chip Powell (Bradenton, Fla.), Brian Costello (Belmont, Calif.), and Ken Ezell (Deltona, Fla.).

# Ken Ezell - Partner of Clifton, Ezell and Clifton Golf Design Group of Deltona, Fla., Ezell's recent work includes Forest Lake Golf Club of Ocoee, Ocoee, Fla.; Remington Golf Club, Kissimmee, Fla.; and Glenview Champions Club, The Villages, Fla.
Regular membership in ASGCA is earned after a member has been an Associate member in good standing for at least three years and has designed and seen through to opening two additional 18-hole golf course equivalents.
ASGCA Background
Founded in 1946 by 14 leading architects, including Donald Ross and Robert Trent Jones, Sr., the American Society of Golf Course Architects is a non-profit organization comprised of golf course designers located throughout the United States and Canada. Members are actively involved in the design of new courses, the renovation of existing layouts, and issues affecting the future of the game.
