In England for the upcoming Ricoh Women's British Open at Royal Lytham and St Annes July 30 through Aug. 2? Keep an eye out for life-size cutouts of LPGA Tour star Paula Creamer.
Tournament sponsor Ricoh, a global leader in digital office solutions, is putting Creamer cutouts all around exchange square in the Broadgate area of central London from July 20 to Aug. 2. If you spot the version with Paula in a pink outfit, you'll have the chance to win a prize on the Ricoh Web site, where you can also find video tips on how to hit challenging golf shots.
This is part of a larger promotional campaign by Ricoh during the Women's British Open. The company is also giving away Ricoh CX1 Digital cameras to celebrate its sponsorship of the event.
The Ricoh Women's British Open is the last major of the year for the ladies. Defending champion Ji-Yai Shin won last year's event by three strokes at Sunningdale Golf Club in Berkshire, England. She'll have her hands full against a star-studded field this year that includes Michelle Wie, Lorena Ochoa and Creamer.
