Every day of this voyage aboard the private yacht Callisto offers exciting possibilities. The voyage begins in Antalya, situated on coastal cliffs and surrounded by mountains. Next, sail to Perge and Aspendos, two of the most magnificent Greco-Roman cities in Turkey. In picturesque Bodrum, explore the ancient shipwrecks at the famed Museum of Underwater Archaeology. On the island of Crete visit Knossos, hub of the first civilization in Europe. In addition, we offer excursions no traveler to the Aegean should miss: on the dramatic island of Santorini, an exploration of charming Phira; on the island of Rhodes, a visit to the ancient acropolis of Lindos and the medieval Old Town of Rhodes; and in Athens, an in-depth tour of the Acropolis and the Parthenon.

Nancy Wilkie is a distinguished classical archaeologist and professor who has led numerous AIA Tours throughout the Mediterranean. She is also an avid golfer. Nancy is the William H. Laird Professor of Classics, Anthropology, and the Liberal Arts, and Co-Director of the Archaeology Concentration at Carleton College in Northfield, MN.
