The Jet Golf & Tennis Ultimate Golf Classic will begin Sunday night, June 18th, with a family BBQ in the Beer Gardens, complete with entertainment by Joe Gransden, the preferred jazz entertainment of Pebble Beach owner and movie star Clint Eastwood. Monday morning, golfers will be treated to The General course at Barnsley Gardens. The format is a four-person 2 low best ball. Awards will be given for low gross and net teams, longest drive, closest to the pin, hole in ones and more. Individuals and teams are welcome. Various sponsorships are available and a portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit the Boys & Girls Club of America.
For spouses who don’t play golf, Visionary Tennis will provide on court demos throughout the day to sharpen your tennis skills. The Gardens will be open for tours and the kids may even want to check out the pool, horseback riding, fishing or paintball.
Some of the great raffle prizes that will be available are Bridgestone golf equipment, a swing analysis from GolfTec and 4 Seats on Jet Golf & Tennis' new Bell 407 luxury helicopter for a trip to Barnsley Gardens to play The General.
