TUNICA RESORTS, Miss. (May 18, 2006) -- Plans were unveiled today for a 268-acre residential and retail development in Tunica Resorts, Mississippi, that will make it the first of its kind in Northwest Mississippi. The total infrastructure and land development cost is anticipated to be approximately $25 million.

The master planned community, which will surround the Tunica National Golf and Tennis club just off Highway 61 about two miles south of Desoto County, will be developed by Dunn & Harrell Development, LLC. Matthew Dunn and Cody Harrell – the principals of the development team both grew up in Mississippi and became acquaintances while attending Ole Miss Law School.
