Coming up on GOLF CHANNEL: March 16-22, 2009

Monday and Tuesday (March 16-17) at 12 p.m. ET, GOLF CHANNEL will be the only place fans to watch live coverage of the Tavistock Cup, a match-play event comprised of professional playing members of Orlando's Isleworth Country Club and Lake Nona Golf & Country Club. Taking place at Lake Nona, Captains Mark O'Meara (Team Isleworth) and Ernie Els (Team Lake Nona) will lead their respective teams in the two-day competition, headlined by 14-time major champion Tiger Woods for Team Isleworth and 2008 Masters Champion Trevor Immelman for Team Lake Nona. Rich Lerner and Peter Oosterhuis will host the GOLF CHANNEL's coverage, joined by Frank Nobilo from the tower with Jerry Foltz, Gary McCord and David Feherty reporting from the course. Live coverage will take place from 12-5 p.m. ET Monday and Tuesday. Monday's prime time re-air will take place from 6:30 - 9 p.m. ET and continue from 9:30 - 11:30 p.m. ET. Tuesday's final round will re-air from 7:30 - 11:30 p.m. ET.

The Haney Project

Charles Barkley's golf swing will be put to the test on Monday's newest episode of The Haney Project (March 16, 9 p.m. ET) when Hank Haney takes him out on the golf course for the first time to assess his progress. While practicing on the driving range, George Lopez, Brett Hull, Tommy Armour III and David Feherty will pay a visit to witness Barkley's improvements. Haney also will take Barkley to the "Nike Oven" to be fitted for new clubs, followed by another visit from an old friend, 2007 U.S. Amateur Champion Colt Knost, who won't be afraid to push Barkley's buttons. Wednesday (March 18) from 9:30 - 11 p.m. ET and Thursday (March 19) from 7 - 8:30 p.m. ET, GOLF CHANNEL will re-air the first three episodes of The Haney Project.

Quest for the Card: Inside the Nationwide Tour (Season Premiere)

Wednesday (March 18) at 7:30 p.m. ET, Quest for the Card will make its season premiere, following the top storylines during the 2009 Nationwide Tour season as players strive for one of the 25 PGA TOUR cards awarded at the end of the year. Wednesday's premiere episode will recap the action from the four tournaments of the year, preview the upcoming tournaments and catch up with former Nationwide Tour member Erik Compton as he continues to make his comeback from a second heart transplant. Hosted by Jerry Foltz.

PGA TOUR Primetime

Thursday - Friday (March) at 8:30 p.m. ET, PGA TOUR Primetime will re-air the opening rounds of the Transitions Championship with bonus interviews, tournament highlights and features not seen during the live telecast. Todd Lewis will host Thursday's PGA TOUR Primetime, with Steve Sands hosting on Friday.

Golf Central (On-site at Transitions Championship Thursday - Sunday)

Golf Central will take viewers through all of the news and highlights in the world of golf Monday - Sunday at 6 and 11:30 p.m. ET. Thursday - Sunday (March 19 - 22), Inga Hammond, Charlie Rymer and Scott Walker will host Golf Central live from Innisbrook Resort & Golf Club, weaving viewers through nightly content with interviews and analysis, behind-the-scenes features and inside information from the Transitions Championship. They will be joined by Kraig Kann, Kelly Tilghman and Rich Lerner reporting from the network's Orlando studios.

Golf Central Pre Game (On-site at Transitions Championship Thursday - Sunday)

Thursday - Friday (March 19-20) at 2:30 p.m. ET, Inga Hammond, Charlie Rymer and Scott Walker will host Golf Central Pre Game live from the Transitions Championship, featuring early highlights and preparing viewers for live tournament coverage with interviews and analysis. Saturday - Sunday (March 21-22) at 12:30 p.m. ET, Golf Central Pre Game will setup coverage of the final rounds of play at the Transitions Championship and on the various tours.

The Approach with Callaway Golf

Alex Miceli and Andrew Magee will tackle the top storylines in golf from different perspectives and preview the Transitions Championship in an entertaining and informative manner on The Approach with Callaway Golf, Tuesday (March 17) at 6:30 p.m. ET. Kraig Kann will serve as host and moderator.

Grey Goose 19th Hole

Wednesday (March 18) at 8 p.m. ET, Rich Lerner and John Hawkins will debate a myriad of golf subjects and preview the Transitions Championship on the Grey Goose 19th Hole, GOLF CHANNEL's fast-paced talk show.
