Circling Raven exceeds expectations

(WORLEY, Idaho) – Circling Raven Golf Club and the Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel today announce the golf club’s retail shop has substantially exceeded projected sales in 2004.

Year to date golf shop sales are a whopping 38% over projections. This figure is a blend of Circling Raven’s softgoods and hardgood sales. The margins of sales has been maintained at a 47% return on investment. This figure slightly ahead of typical industry standards.

Shop sales surpassing projections were achieved in May (49%), July (42%), August (55%), September (61%) and October (47%). Much of the merchandising success is a result of the new facility’s success and unique logo. Other factors contributing to Circling Raven’s success are its creative use of shop displays, carrying an array of high quality products, and the overall look and feel of the clubhouse.

“Customers comment on our appealing look all the time,” says Circling Raven Director of Golf Dave Christenson. “The facility has an inviting feel along with our accommodating staff, which puts customer service at the forefront of everything they do.”

This is the latest positive news coming from Circling Raven. It comes on the heels of a banner year in which projected rounds played was surpassed.
