SUNSET BEACH, N.C. (May 5, 2006) -- Sea Trail Golf Resort & Conference Center, located in Sunset Beach, N.C. will debut its full-service Sea Trail Custom Club Store on Wednesday, May 10. The only facility of its kind in Brunswick County, the Custom Club Store will be open each week from Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Saturdays 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Located adjacent to the golf pro shop in Sea Trail’s Maples Clubhouse, the Store will stock several brands of golf clubs and demo clubs will be available for golfers to test out on Sea Trail’s driving range. Component club heads and shafts will also be stocked so that staff can custom-build clubs to golfers’ specifications. Services will include clubfitting for adults and children, regripping, club repair, and shaft replacement.

Sea Trail has named Jim Adomat as General Manager of the Sea Trail Custom Club Store. Adomat is a professional club builder and a member of the Professional Clubmakers Society, golf’s only independent certifying body for golf club fitting, clubmaking and club repair.
