Annika Week on GOLF CHANNEL: Nov. 17 - 23

GOLF CHANNEL will air special programming next week featuring Annika Sorenstam, including live coverage of the ADT Championship, her final LPGA Tour event before retirement from competitive golf.

ADT Championship

Thursday - Saturday, (Nov. 20 - 22), from 2 - 4 p.m. ET, GOLF CHANNEL will air live coverage of the first three rounds of the final event of the 2008 LPGA Tour season, the ADT Championship, taking place at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Fla.

1995 U.S. Women's Open Highlights

(Monday, Nov. 17, 7 p.m. ET). One-hour highlight special recapping the 1995 U.S. Women's Open from The Broadmoor Golf Course in Colorado Springs, Colo.

Transamerica's Playing Lessons From the Pros

(Monday, Nov. 17, 11 p.m. ET). Viewers will join Sorenstam for a round of golf at Old Greenwood in Tahoe, Nev., where she will discuss her pre-round regimen, short game tips and her thought process for each shot from tee-to-green. Sorenstam also will reveal lessons that she incorporates into improving all facets of her game.

Annika Swings for the Kids

(Tuesday, Nov. 18, 7 p.m. ET). GOLF CHANNEL will re-air a special clinic Sorenstam hosted to benefit the Off the Street Club - Chicago's oldest boys and girls youth organization. During the clinic, three lucky contestants put their new-found knowledge to the test in a special Big Break Challenge.

Top 10: Annika Sorenstam (new)

(Tuesday, Nov. 18, 11 p.m. ET / Wednesday, Nov. 19, 10 p.m. ET). From Annika Sorenstam's magical 59 to her start at Colonial on the PGA TOUR, this new Top 10 special will count down Sorenstam's greatest golf moments with insight and commentary by noted sports journalists and players, including Annika and her sister Charlotta, Lorena Ochoa, Karrie Webb, Morgan Pressel, Fred Funk and Golf World's Ron Sirak.

1996 U.S. Women's Open Highlights

(Wednesday, Nov. 19, 7 p.m. ET). One-hour highlight show recapping the 1996 U.S. Women's Open won by defending champion Sorenstam at Pine Needles Golf Course in Southern Pines, N.C.

Shell's World of Golf: Sorenstam vs. Pepper

(Friday, Nov. 21, 9 p.m. ET). Highlights of the 1996 Shell's Wonderful World of Golf match between Dottie Pepper and Annika Sorenstam at Kiawah Island's Ocean Course.

Shell's World of Golf: Sorenstam vs. Webb

(Saturday, Nov. 22, 9 p.m. ET). Highlights of the 2001 match between the top two ranked players in the world at that time: Annika Sorenstam and Karrie Webb, taking place on the Wolf Course at the Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort in Nevada.

Big Break X: Michigan

On Tuesday's new episode of Big Break X: Michigan, (Nov. 18 at 10 p.m. ET), the internal feud between one team will continue as teams battle to advance to the final four. The show also will feature an emotional new arrival during the episode. Hosted by Stina Sternberg and Billy Ray Brown, Big Break X: Michigan will re-air Wednesday (Nov. 19) at 6 p.m. ET.

Road Trip: Myrtle Beach

The eclectic foursome of golf commentator Charlie Rymer, musician Josh Kelley, guitarist Mark Bryan and Duramed FUTURES Tour player Perry Swenson return to Myrtle Beach to complete their ultimate golf vacation on Road Trip: Myrtle Beach, Tuesday (Nov. 18) at 7:30 p.m. ET. The group will convene at Thistle Point Golf Course, where the losing twosome from the round will learn the "Carolina Shag" dance from the national shag champions and take their lesson to the stage Sharky's Ocean Isle waterfront restaurant. The four-week series will air each Tuesday, with the conclusion of the first season airing Dec. 9.

ING Shot Makers Shootout (Premiere)

Wednesday (Nov. 19) at 9 p.m. ET, GOLF CHANNEL will premiere ING Shot Makers Shootout, an entertaining skills competition showcasing the talents of golf legend Lee Trevino, LPGA Tour professionals Paula Creamer and Suzann Pettersen and PGA TOUR pro Bubba Watson. Hosted by Tom Abbott, Peter Jacobsen and David Leadbetter, the event takes pace at The Boulders Resort and Golden Door Spa in Carefree, Ariz.

The Turn

The Turn - GOLF CHANNEL's fast-paced instructional show - will air the best instructional tips and shot re-creations from 2008 on Monday (Nov. 17) at 10 p.m. ET. Featured segments include a shot re-creation of Phil Mickelson's approach shot from the trees on 18 at the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial that sealed his victory and short game instructor Dave Pelz re-creating Sergio Garcia's chip on 18 at TPC Sawgrass to save par and advance to a playoff and, ultimately, victory at THE PLAYERS Championship.
