"Srixon Sports USA has been a proven quality manufacturer and a great friend to the PGA Professional," said PGA of America President Roger Warren. "We are proud that Srixon Sports will renew its supporting partnership of Golf Retirement Plus, and we look forward to continued advances by Srixon in bettering golf equipment for us all."

In addition to its Golf Retirement Plus support, Srixon has served as the title sponsor for the Srixon PGA Tournament Series since 2003, which provides golf opportunities for PGA Professionals during the winter in South Florida.

Srixon Sports USA has been manufacturing golf products for more than 70 years. It is a subsidiary of Sumitomo Rubber Industries (SRI), which is one of the leading producers of drivers, fairway woods and irons in Asia and one of the largest golf ball producers in the world.

"Srixon's continued participation in Golf Retirement Plus is just one of several partnership agreements between The PGA and Srixon," said Marty Olinger, executive vice president, sales, Srixon Sports USA. "Support of the PGA Professional is at the core of our business strategy, and we are very excited not only with the renewal in GRP, but also with the program enhancements we have made. Now, the Srixon GRP program is a pure contribution program to the PGA Professional's retirement account and does not reduce any of the allowances available to course owners. It is a win-win for all."
