New season of Golf Fitness Academy debuts on the Golf Channel

FAIRHAVEN, Mass. (April 10, 2006) -- Golf Fitness Academy presented by Titleist
returns to The Golf Channel with 10 new episodes to help golfers build a
better game through fitness. The first of the new episodes, titled "Go
Ball-istic," aired Monday, April 10, at 8:40 p.m. EDT during "Your Game
Night."

Now in its third season, Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Phillips, cofounders of the
Titleist Performance Institute, will offer a wide range of useful tips on
"Golf Fitness Academy presented by Titleist" that directly relate to
producing a better all-around golf game. Topics this year include
conditioning exercises for all golfers to improve upper and lower body
strength, proper shoe fitting to ensure optimal comfort and performance on
and off the golf course, tips for improving on-course vision, flexibility
and endurance training through yoga and pilates, preventative care tips for
knees, and a special episode focusing on fitness for senior golfers.

Filmed at the state-of-the-art Titleist Performance Institute in Oceanside,
California, the 2006 series will feature Titleist-affiliated tour
professionals, as well as special guests from the golf and fitness
communities.

In the first episode, Greg and Dave will introduce viewers to the Swiss
Ball and demonstrate a series of exercises to help every aspect of the golf
game.

The Swiss Ball, originally used primarily during rehabilitation, is now
commonly found in most exercise facilities. After explaining how to find
the correct size Swiss ball, Greg and Dave will use the ball to demonstrate
a range of exercises to develop core strength, upper body strength and
rotational strength in golfers of all abilities.

On this season of the Golf Fitness Academy presented by Titleist, viewers
will also have the opportunity to enter weekly drawings. Each week, 10
