October 25, 2004, Surfside Beach, S.C. — TSC Golf, Inc. of Surfside Beach, S.C., and Blythe Golf Group of Charlotte, N.C., have announced that they are merging. The new company, which has offices in Surfside Beach and in Charlotte, will be called Signature Golf Group, LLC.

The formation of the new company brings together personnel with more than 30 years experience in golf course development, construction, marketing, financial management, operations, and evaluating golf courses for sale or purchase.

Signature Golf Group consists of experienced PGA professionals, business consultants, golf course managers and turf managers. This multi-talented team forges a real partnership with each of its clients. Armed with a thorough understanding of the client's business challenges, Signature's team helps the client to identify and address those challenges, and then to develop and implement solutions.
