AVONDALE, Pa. (March 9, 2006) -- Inniscrone Golf Club, now a member of the Forewinds Hospitality golf club family, has set a date for opening day. Beginning April 1, 2006 daily fee golfers can once again enjoy the Ireland-inspired links at Inniscrone. In celebration of the opening of its newest golf club, Forewinds Hospitality is offering a special pre-season rate at Inniscrone through the month of April.
Pre-season rates are $40/18-hole round Monday through Thursday, Twilight rounds (3pm) are $30, Senior Rounds (individuals age 55 or older) are $30, and $65 per round Friday through Sunday and holidays. All pre-season rates include cart, warm-up balls and constitute up to a $25 savings per round off regular rates. Tee times can be booked 14 days in advance by calling the Golf Shop at 610-268-8200. Golf Shop hours of operation are Monday – Thursday, 6:30am to 8pm, with the first tee time available as early as 7am. Friday – Sunday hours of operation are from 6am to 8pm, with the first tee time available as early as 6:30am.
Located approximately 20 minutes outside of both Philadelphia, Pa., and Wilmington, Del., and just 10 minutes from its sister property Hartefeld National, Inniscrone Golf Club is a public, daily fee facility featuring an 18-hole championship course designed by Gil Hanse. Built in 1998, the course is complemented by a 7500 square foot clubhouse, which includes Knickers Pub and Grill, men’s and women’s locker room facilities and full-service golf shop.
