Golf Flex book with DVD helps golfers swing into spring safely

Spring is just around the corner, and with the warm
weather, comes golf season. Whether you're playing for fun or
for some serious competition, no one wants to find himself or
herself injured on the green. After a long winter without
training, injuries can easily happen.

The specialized stretches and exercises in GOLF FLEX with
DVD (Hatherleigh Press, $19.95) by Paul Frediani will help you
prevent frustrating injuries like golfer's elbow, a nagging
and painfully ailment that can become chronic if not properly
cared for. But you can avoid golfer's elbow with just a few of
these simple stretches.

Hand Squeeze - Spread open your hand, then make a tight fist.
Continue to open and close your hands, working up to 50 times.

Hand Squeeze With Resistance - Using a pliable rubber ball, or
and old tennis ball, squeeze and release your fist. Keep a
ball handy at your desk and do this exercise throughout the
day.

Sand Gripping - Fill a bucket with sand and shove your hand in
up to your wrist. Keep your hand in the sand as you open and
close your fist. This is one tough exercise, but it will give
you great results.

GOLF FLEX is a complete workout for golfers to help them
improve their game and get under par. No golfer wants to be
stuck on the green with an injury, especially when they are so
easy to prevent. With just a few simple stretches and
preparations, it's easy to maximize the golf season, and swing
into Spring.
