Three golfers tie for first place in Trafalgar Pro-Am in Australia

Michael Curtain, Craig Scott and Heath Streat shot four under 66 to share first prize in the Complete Tyre & Auto Care Trafalgar Pro-Am.

Having posted his first win in as many starts on Friday in the Pakenham Pro-Am, Scott continued his impressive run of form. While his score of 66 secured him his second win in a week, he had to share the spoils with Pro-Am stalwart Michael Curtain and first time Pro-Am winner Heath Streat.

Streat, having set the benchmark in the morning round was blown away to learn of his first professional victory.

"All the hard work has finally paid off, lets hope there's plenty more to come", said Streat with a winner's grin.

With today's win, Curtain moved to the top of the Victorian Order of Merit with 92 points from his 19 events played this year.

The first three placegetters at the Drouin Pro-Am, Michael Light, Nick Dastey and Hamish Robertson (NZ), each recorded 67 to finish in a tie for fourth place.

Kane Streat, brother of Heath, also shared in the spoils collecting $250 sponsored by Trafalgar Men's Wear for winning the shoot-out on the 18th hole.
