The plan’s “Golfer’s Concierge Services” include golf course recommendations, slope and ratings information, golf course driving directions, tee time reservations, and assistance with golf club pickup, delivery, shipping so golfers don’t have to worry about transporting their clubs throughout their trip. The plan also includes assistance with ground transportation, event ticketing for PGA events, restaurant referrals/ reservations, and airport transportation services.
Golf travelers are provided a 24-hour hotline to make emergency travel changes such as rebooking flights, hotel reservations and tracking lost luggage; assistance in coordinating emergency cash advance, locating lost or stolen possessions, and relaying emails or phone messages to family, friends or business associates.
