Franzi Brings More Than 20 Years In Sales Experience To Centex Homes
Centex Homes Myrtle Beach Division has named Marianne Franzi real estate sales executive for Pine Crest at Palmetto Glen. Franzi brings more than 20 years sales experience to her position. Prior to joining Centex Homes, Franzi served as customer service manager for Long Island Lighting Company in Long Island, New York.
In her position as real estate sales executive, Franzi is responsible for generating sales leads for Pine Crest, one of Centex Homes’ newest communities along the Grand Strand. She is a licensed S.C. real estate agent and is also a member of the S.C. Real Estate Association.
A native of West Islip, N.Y., Franzi now lives in Murrells Inlet with her husband, Stephen. Together, they have one son, Michael. Franzi has been involved in a number of charitable causes including the American Cancer Society, Children’s Miracle Network and the American Red Cross. She is also a member of a local organization, which donates time and money to various other charities.
