Magazine has selected one of our construction projects, Winchester Country Club as the first place winner in the large clubhouse category (over 20,000 square feet) for Golf Inc.’s National Clubhouse Competition for 2005. The project is highlighted in the January 2006 issue of Golf Inc. Magazine. The Clubhouse of the Year award is based on the design of the project and how well it met the needs of the owner.
This exclusive, state of the art club is located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, just a short drive from Sacramento and Lake Tahoe. Modeled after a classic European hunting lodge, the club’s soaring stone chimneys, vintage chandeliers and copper spires add to the stunning décor.
