St. Andrews Grand will open in late 2007 as a Private Residence Club and will be located in the beautiful building that is currently known as Hamilton Hall. This landmark building overlooking the 18th green of the Old Course will be developed into 23 three- and four-bedroom luxury residences for which 5 memberships per residence will be available. Therefore there are only 115 memberships available at this unique club. Membership is by invitation only.

Membership ranges from £750,000 to £1.9 million depending on the location and style of the Residence; this guarantees a MINIMUM use of the Residence for 10 weeks per year. A referral fee (of the full membership fee) is paid to parties introducing confirmed Members to St. Andrews Grand.
