The Northeastern Golf Course Superintendents Association has elected its 2006 officers and directors.

Peter Cure, CGCS at Orchard Creek Golf Club, was reelected president and Mark Printsky, CGCS at McGregor Links Country Club, was reelected as secretary.

Eric Bresky, CGCS at Olde Kinderhook Golf Club, is the new treasurer; John Risler, CGCS at Town of Colonie Golf Course, is vice president; and Joe Lucas, superintendent at Saratoga National Golf Club, was elected to the board of directors.

Other members of the 2006 board include: Brian Goudey, Van Patten Golf Club; Laurie Griffen, Saratoga Sod Farm, Bernie Jorgensen, Satch Sales Inc.; Chris Strong, Country Club of Troy; Steve Curry, Berkshire Hills Country Club; and Craig Cochran, Fairways of Halfmoon.
