PGA subsidiary to buyout River's Bend club

CINCINNATI, – Oct. 20, 2004 – A subsidiary of PGA Tour Golf Course Properties, which has operated the Tournament Players Club at River's Bend near Cincinnati since it opened in 2001, has exercised an option to purchase 100 percent of the club from River's Bend Land Company.

The Tour Properties subsidiary initially entered the joint venture as a 50-percent owner. River's Bend Land Company will continue to develop the remainder of the surrounding residential real estate. The facility is the host site for the Champions Tour's Kroger Classic.

Featuring an Arnold Palmer-designed golf course, the TPC at River's Bend becomes the 16th Tournament Players Club fully owned by Tour Properties. The Network opened its 25th club in September with the TPC at Craig Ranch in McKinney, Tex. Tour Properties operates each of these facilities.
